That’s why we offer the option to buy individual or multiple consultancy and support Days; you only pay when you need us. We’ll advise you how long we expect projects to take and you can buy days up front, calling them off as you need them – it’s simple.


We offer several support packages and can provide bespoke package too. Our team of Microsoft qualified technicians provide reliable IT Support and advice, both remote and on-site.


Packages include some or all of the following: Unlimited telephone support for your IT Department. On-Site or Remote Support for any occurrence, upgrades or migrations. Access to all our resources and, via our Gold Partner status, access to Microsoft Business Critical Support if required. Remote monitoring for preventive maintenance and a fast response to issues as they arise. Remote monitoring gives DMS real-time updates on your business critical servers to proactively monitor: services and hardware; network and IP, Windows updates, SNMP, logged in users, website, Active Directory, VMware, SQL Server, SNMP-enabled devices, and more, with Analytic Reports.

Imparting Knowledge – DM Systems is continually building a knowledge base. This process means resolutions of generic issues discovered on your project will be made available to other clients; more project specific issues are discussed on site and included with the engineer’s report.
