Most of our staff are engineers; some started their IT journey in the 1970s, so we have hundreds of years’ experience between us! Experiences range from simple network delivery and support, helping businesses understand and work through their GDPR responsibilities, migrating huge college networks and developing bespoke infrastructures for secure MoD sites.

DMS solutions are Microsoft based to give you compatibility and support peace of mind. We understand Microsoft Software Licence Agreements and can recommend what’s best for you. It may surprise you to know that organisations often pay extra to third parties for features already included (but hidden!) in Microsoft Licences. We can reveal these ‘hidden gems’ to help you get the most from your licences. You’ll benefit from seamless compatibility and you won’t pay more than you need.

Rather than make you dependent on us, we’ll work alongside you and empower you to manage your network. We offer a no contract option so you can pay for our services only when you need them. Or, take a contract for ongoing technical support from our telephone helpdesk and mobile engineers. We are proud of our very high customer retention rate; we like to think it’s because we are good at what we do and take pride in looking after our customers.

We saw the benefits early on of employing an electrician, for full control over installation schedules. This has developed into an increased demand for electrical services outside our IT work and we now have a team of qualified electricians at your service.
